PROOF

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms are the rules for using PROOF. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PROOF.

1. Who can use PROOF

You must be at least 18 years old to use PROOF. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

2. Your content

Your goals, pacts, photos, videos, captions and messages are yours. To run the app, you give us permission to store them and show them to the people you share them with (the members of your Squads). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other people already saw or that we must keep for safety reasons (see the Privacy Policy).

Only upload content you have the right to share. If other people appear in your photos or videos, make sure they are okay with it.

3. Community rules

PROOF is about supporting each other. You must not post or send:

You can report any proof and block any user from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content, remove people from Squads, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without prior notice when needed to keep people safe.

4. Health and safety

PROOF helps you stay consistent; it is not medical, fitness, nutrition or mental-health advice. Set goals that are safe for you, listen to your body, and talk to a professional before starting demanding exercise or diets. You take part in any activity at your own risk.

5. The service

PROOF is currently free. We work hard to keep it running, but it is provided "as is": we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features. Videos are automatically deleted after 30 days.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or content, or for what other users post. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account (see how). We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use PROOF after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. PROOF is operated by Marcos Vieira Moriani, Madrid, Spain. Questions: helloproofapp@gmail.com.
